We’ll review your requirements, provide pricing or gather any further essential details about your move so as to give you pricing info. Generally we then have a phone call to go over the details, discuss access at each address and any other important considerations.
Once confirmed, we’ll send you a full summary booking summary email, including an invoice for deposit payment. This email will outline all key details of your move plan. We’re always available to answer any questions you may have.

- First booking of the day: You’ll receive a 20-30min ETA window.
- Later bookings: You’ll receive an estimated time of arrival (ETA) window, and we’ll provide updates on the day if needed.
